What is your question about?
The easiest way to make changes to your child’s care and request exchange days is through the Konnect OuderApp. This information is received directly by the staff at your child’s childcare location, allowing us to respond quickly. Additionally, this method keeps all communication between you as a parent and us as a childcare organisation in one place.
If you’ve lost your login credentials, please send an email to kindplanning@samsamkinderopvang.nl. For any questions or uncertainties regarding content, please direct your question to one of the colleagues at your child’s location.
Would you like to terminate the care for your child(ren)? Please send your written termination to kindplanning@samsamkinderopvang.nl.
If you have a question about a specific SamSam location, please contact that location by phone or email. You can find the contact information for your specific location on the location page.
For questions regarding registrations and waiting lists, you can contact our Planning department. Email is the easiest way to reach us! Send your email to kindplanning@samsamkinderopvang.nl. We will respond as soon as possible!
If you have a question about your monthly invoice, payment, or direct debit, our Accounts Receivable department is here to assist you.
