What is your question about?
Changes in your child’s care and requests for an extra day are best done via the Konnect ParentApp. This information comes directly to the staff at your child’s childcare location, so we can respond quickly. In addition, we have recorded all communication between you as a parent and us as a childcare organisation in one place.
Have you lost your login details? Please send an e-mail to kindplanning@samsamkinderopvang.nl. Do you have substantive questions or uncertainties? Ask your question to one of the colleagues at your child’s facility.
Would you like to terminate your child(ren)’s care? Send your written notice to kindplanning@samsamkinderopvang.nl.
You make use of fixed childcare days for your child, but it may happen that you need childcare on another day. We therefore offer you the possibility of occasionally requesting an extra day. This can be done on account or with the credit for absence. Click here for the rules of the absence credit in the parents’ portal.
