By being a member, SamSam kinderopvang commits to adhering to the Childcare Collective Labor Agreement (CAO-Kinderopvang) and the General Terms and Conditions for Childcare.

Supplementary General Terms and Conditions SamSam kinderopvang
You have the right to withdraw from the online/digitally concluded agreement within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the agreement is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of a clear statement (preferably via email) before the withdrawal period expires. You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose.
The completed and signed withdrawal form (or any other clearly formulated statement) can be sent via email to kindplanning@samsamkinderopvang.nl.

Once we have received your notification of the withdrawal from the concluded agreement, we will send an acknowledgment of receipt via email.
For the services already provided during the withdrawal period, payment is due. After you have informed us of the withdrawal from the agreement, we will issue a final invoice based on the services rendered and received.
